Theme for November: God’s character
Verse:

So Gideon built an alter to the LORD there and called it The LORD is Peace.”
Judges 6:24

Mom’s Musing:
Two years ago, our daughter was in a near fatal snowboard accident. As Tom was driving to the hospital he prayed, “Lord just let me know she’s in your hands.” Immediately after that petition he noticed the license plate on the car in front of him, “Shalom”. Tom received from the God of Peace a peace that passes all understanding.
Just so you know, our girl is great. She is back to snowboarding. (YIKES! So…we continue to trust the LORD of Peace in her endeavors.)
Parenting Tip:
God loves our kids even more than we do. Trust him.
