Theme for January: Renewal and Resolution
Verse:

“Have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way.”
Hebrews 13:18

Mom’s Musing:
Today we celebrate a national hero, Martin Luther King Junior. Our homes also contain some unsung heroes..dads.
A month ago we were dealing with frozen pipes. A plumber and his young apprentice (his eight year old son) arrived to help us out. At one point it appeared as if the problem was resolved. I was so excited, “I think your dad got the water working!” Not missing a beat the boy said, “My dad… he can fix anything.”

Parenting Tip:
Fathers remember you are your son’s hero. Resolve to live an honorable life.
